Mad Bash is seeking a new tenant to share our studio with! Perfect for vendors in the wedding and event industry, designers, artists, creatives, florists, or anyone who needs a little more space to run their business. There is plenty of room to store, prep, pack, and work. Here are the details:
The location is 1444 Dupont St which is in a vibrant area very close to the Junction. Access is off Campbell Ave.
1300 square feet of space
We work from home ALOT so it is often very quiet. The studio is busier in the summer and fall months when we generally use the space to prep and pack for events.
The new tenant will have their own dedicated office.
There are two private call booths, 4 desks and chairs in the common area, a workspace with workbench, LOTS of storage space, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
We are flexible with the set up in the common area.
There is a roll-up garage door and a private parking spot that we share. Plus there is a free public lot so parking is not a problem.
For storage, you will have a large closet and massive drawer. If that’s not enough, we have lots of nooks and crannies for box storage.
$1900/month + HST. This includes utilities.
Available immediately - ideally for a year lease but we can talk.
