Having had to postpone by two years, Emily and Myles were absolutely stoked to finally host their stunning Muskoka Wedding. They are avid skiers and hikers so the design was inspired by their love of the mountains and their love for Muskoka.

A Muskoka WEDDING FOR A COUPLE WHO LOVES THE OUTDOORS

We designed and built the ceremony backdrop which was inspired by mountains, and with a stunning lake view and gorgeous fluffy florals in muted tones, we created a truly special place for the couple.

Wedding CEREMONY Send OFF IDEAS: CONFETTI!

At the end of the ceremony we planned for the servers to pass sparkling wine to toast the couple’s first kiss, and we coordinated a biodegradable confetti toss, which was a fun way to get everyone engaged and celebrating! The couple then had a moment alone on their wooden Muskoka getaway boat which we had decorated with florals.

WHIMSICAL WEDDING RECEPTION DECOR

The tablescapes were whimsical with pressed floral place cards and table names after the couple’s favourite ski runs. The Mad Bash team also custom built table lamps because we thought the room needed more ambient lighting. They ended up being showstoppers with incredible climbing puffs of terracotta baby’s breath. A WEDDING CAKE ALTERNATIVE

Instead of a traditional cake, Emily and Myles had a shockingly massive ‘cake’ made of cheese wheels, and then danced the night away to a live 10-piece band on a stage decked out with florals.
