REAL WEDDING: RACHEL AND DANIEL

Rachel and Daniel got married on a beautiful summer day at Cambium Farms and this stunner proves that farm weddings don’t always have to be rustic. Barns prove to be a blank canvas which can be tailored to a multitude of design directions!

Their beautiful day started with a stunning ceremony on the Cambium Farms lawn, where they were wed beneath a minimalist copper Chuppah. We lined the ground with eclectic, Persian-style rugs that gave the ceremony and effortlessly styled feeling. Vibrant flowers in pops of red, orange and golden hues climbed both sides of the Chuppah framing the couple as they exchanged vows. Flower Treasures worked to create whimsical and bold floral installations for this wedding which were incredibly eye-catching.

When it came to design, we used a mid-century modern meets boho chic approach, playing on vibrant pops of colour paired with neutral elements and different textures to give guests a fresh take on an elevated barn wedding. For the couple, colour was a really important way to incorporate their personal style. They wanted splashes of rich Mediterranean hues dotted into every aspect of the design and we did just that! For the table scape, we chose beaded chargers, vintage goblets and mismatched terra cotta vases. We worked with Its Okay Studio to design paper goods that complimented these selections and they used retro inspired fonts and bold colours to create menus with a contemporary look.

Modern Flowers and a Bohemian Tablescape inspired Wedding

Florals took centre stage in this design and Flower Treasures delivered when it came to our vision. Tables were lined with mismatched ceramic vases, brightly-hued florals and styled dried fruits for a refined yet playful approach. We love when couples opt for an array of styling items down tables because it lack uniformity and give so much interest to the table!
